I love my heat pump it's quite inside and outside. I like the fact the my bill has not increased but decreased during the winter! The installation was done properly and I want to thank you Victor for the installation. He's a very good technician.

Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur les points positifs – une excellente entreprise avec qui travailler, une installation professionnelle, facile à utiliser, un refroidissement merveilleux, j'ai hâte de voir comment cela fonctionnera en mode "chaleur" cet hiver. Gree Sapphire a le plus beau design parmi toutes les autres marques que j'ai vues et, selon ses caractéristiques, c'est l'un des systèmes les plus éconergétiques du marché.

I purchased 9000 BTU Gree Sapphire heat pump last December to use it in my bedroom. The one which comes with 38 seer. I was told that it will save me a lot of money compared to the baseboards. So I used it during the winter and saw the difference after a few months being able to compare my usage in Hydro Quebec app. The energy consumption was almost 40% lower compared to the previous year. The indoor unit is very quite and looks stylish. I love the Wi-Fi control. Now it's midsummer and I'm very happy that I was prepared for the heat waves as it keeps my bedroom nice and cool.
