The EXTREME Series Sapphire heat pumps are built to withstand the harsh conditions of our Canadian climate. It provides cozy comfort at temperatures as low as -30°C, especially during extremely cold periods, without sacrificing performance or, more importantly, your well-being. Even in extremely cold temperatures as low as -30°C, the heat pump air conditioner with a heating element provides comforting warmth. The Extreme Series heat pump outperforms the competition thanks to a two-stage compressor developed by GREE. Capacity of 9,000, 12,000, 18 000 & 24,000 BTU with up to 38 SEER.

I like how quiet it is both outside and inside. It maintained temperature well even during the coldest days. The installation went really smoothly and Thermolux team did an amazing job.

There are a lot more functions than my old unit, including Wi-Fi. The app is nice but I haven't figured how to set a schedule. I'll have to call Vitali. Overall I’m pleased with the quality of the unit.

Super service, réponse rapide. Victor et Gabriel très professionnel, courtois et compétent. La thermopompe Gree Extreme fonctionne silencieusement et j'aime pouvoir contrôler le flux d'air sur les côtés et utiliser l'application WiFi.
